How does this actually roll out?

All audio lessons are available in the Telegram channel, along with accompanying text messages with prompts, activities, and additional teachings to help you get the most out of your experience. Each audio is ~5-10 minutes long and you can listen over 7 days or all at once, anytime, anywhere, on the go, and come back to lessons that you want to revisit.


How long will I have access to the content? 

All content will remain in the Breaking Up With Burnout Telegram channel indefinitely. I do, however, encourage you to listen to the lessons within a week or 2 for the ideal experience, and then come back to them as you like.
