Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between the participant (“Member”) and Rebecca Vigelius Inc. (“Provider”) governing participation in

The Capacity Room (“Community”).
By enrolling in or accessing the Community, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Community
The Capacity Room is an educational membership focused on nervous system capacity, leadership, and personal development.
* Content is for educational purposes only.
* This is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care.
* Participation does not create a clinical relationship.
You are responsible for your own decisions, implementation, and wellbeing.

2. Confidentiality & Conduct
The Capacity Room is a private space. Members agree to:
* Keep discussions and shared materials confidential
* Not screenshot, record, or distribute content without written permission
* Communicate respectfully
* Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or harmful behaviour
Rebecca Vigelius Inc. maintains zero tolerance for racism, discrimination, or abusive conduct. Violations may result in removal without refund.

3. No Solicitation
The Capacity Room is not a networking or promotional platform.
Members may not offer services, promote products, or solicit business inside the Community or through direct messages to other Members.

4. Membership Fees
Membership is offered at:
* $27 USD per month
or
* $222 USD annually
Membership renews automatically unless canceled.

5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing: hello@rebeccavigelius.com
Cancellation must be requested prior to your renewal date to avoid future charges. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

6. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to proprietary materials:
* All payments are final.
* No refunds are provided for partial months, unused time, or removal due to violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All content within The Capacity Room — including audio recordings, frameworks, tools, and written materials — is the exclusive property of Rebecca Vigelius Inc.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or taught without written permission.

8. Right to Remove Access
Rebecca Vigelius Inc. reserves the right to revoke access to the Community at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Marketing & Anonymized Use
The Provider may reference anonymized themes or insights from the Community for educational or marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared without explicit written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Rebecca Vigelius Inc. from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
